We had the most relaxing stay with fantastic views, hot tub, Jacuzzi and a warm and cozy family room.  My wife, son and I enjoyed our stay.

What a surprise!  On our way from New York to Washington, DC we found a great place in the Shenandoah National Park.  A private house with great views and a porch.  The dream of my life!, to have a house with a porch.  Lovely place to stay, nice people, birds, etc.  In one word…. We had such a wonderful time.  The cabin was beautiful and we definitely want to come back.  I think it would be nice to bring the kids with us.  It was a great way for my husband and I to reconnect.  I loved it1  Beautiful ! We loved it.

We loved the design of this cabin.  Also the fact that everything outside is pitch black at night.  The kitchen is a little small but just enough for the cooking we needed.   We loved it!

The Long’s are fabulous cabin hosts…. This cabin is extremely relaxing and cozy. We loved the soaring ceiling and the outside view. However we would have enjoyed a larger TV, and Internet access would have been nice too. We recommend dining at the Victorian Inn and at A Moment to Remember. Skip Uncle Bucks… Skyline Drive is also a must.

This place is placid. We enjoyed the great fireplace and the boys thought the tower bedroom was sensational. Okay we needed some light bulbs and the frig needs some TLC, but we got past it. One suggestion, write a little blurb about your place, access to trails, etc…. We enjoyed this very much.

Nice  getaway – away from everything, which is great. Beautiful building, great surroundings wildlife fairly close to Luray Caverns and other attractions. One problem – highest bedroom gets extremely hot and stuffy. Also, hot tub outside not very hot- is cold sometimes. Great House!

Beautiful Cabin. The View was spectacular. Right off the start when we arrived we felt at home. Everything went right; the fully furnished and equipped cabin was very helpful. Only 5/10 minutes form Luray Caverns another fabulous place to go. The only problem was it was hard to find at night. Need to make Pumpkin Hill sign bigger. Probably will come back next summer.
